This body of work is all about actively living using escapism, passion and femininity. These three things represent who I am.

I have a mind overflowing with things I did, things I have to do and dreams I have not yet accomplished. When I make art, time stops. I do not have to worry about anything. It is a chance where I can escape from the chains and shackles I have accumulated over the years of passively taking everything in. It is a time where I can dance freely in this world that I have created for myself.

My scarves are active, they scream: “Touch me! Feel me! Watch me dance!” They are works of beauty that did not exist until I created them. That is why they are important.

I am a passionate person who responds to the world in a colorful way. My colors are visual translations of my emotions and feelings. They are soothing, gratifying and all together orgasmic.

Femininity.
It’s softness, the ability of taking care of people, giving them all the love they deserve. These scarves represent my arms wide open, being there for you whenever you need me.

When I’m worn there is joy, fluidity and being alive.
